When the party starts

There is a great list to choose from.
Your fabulous balloon show will happen during the party when you are
ready.
Which will include balloon twisting and balloon prizes for everyone.
As a specialist Balloon-Al will transform balloons into
fabulous shapes that will stun your guests.
