BALLOON DECORATION - ( Section 1)

All balloons are purchased on a sold as seen basis. This means that SUNSETT BALLOONS will not take responsibility for the balloons (and/or products) once they have been delivered to the venue or home address. We will replace any product/balloon decoration that is proved to be damaged before or in transit prior to delivery.

The responsibility is then left with either the venue or nominated contact at the given address stated on confirmation of order.

A signature may be required or a dated digital image to show time and date of the product/balloons being delivered to the venue.

SUNSETT BALLOONS take safety very seriously and will never condone misuse of our products/balloons. You will always have access to this via our website or written information handed over to you on request. (Please see SECTION 3D for balloon safety.)

It is your responsibility as the purchaser to ascertain whether your guests have any allergies to balloons or other latex products. It also your responsibility to supervise the use of your purchased products and the misuse of these in anyway.
You will be required to clear and dispose of any materials provided to you by our company. (Sunsett Balloons) Unless an written agreement has been acquired previous to the event/party taking place. Responsible disposal is a must, when using our service.

ONLINE PURCHASES - ( SECTION 3 )

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our website and add any items that you wish to buy to your shopping cart.

After you completed your selection, click on the 'Checkout' button and you will asked to submit a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. This may include taking you to a separate page supported by PayPal.

You will receive an email conformation of your order from ourselves. This does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract is in place and an invoice will be sent to yourselves. We have included this condition to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under priced goods or we are no longer able to supply goods due to not being able to obtain them from our supplier. In the case where there is a change of price, we will always contact you the buyer to ensure the price change is acceptable. We will offer a replacement/alternative product wherever possible when an item in not in stock with its equivalent to avoid disappointment.

We do not however take any responsibility for any items that have been bought by mistake. We can refund but will have to charge a 15% return fee in this case. Any items returned to ourselves must be sent by recorded delivery and in original packaging.

The above system may only be available for a selected amount of products that we 'SUNSETT BALLOONS' choose to display and sell online, we have the right to stop or alter any of these items at any time.

Postage Cost - ( SECTION 3A)
This will automatically be added to your order at the end of your purchase, this is worked out by a set price and is next day target delivery and will require a signature upon delivery.

Payment - ( SECTION 3B )
We accept cheques, postal orders and PayPal payments. When paying by cheque or postal order please allow 5 working days for the cheque to be cashed before despatch will be made. All our goods are despatched on a next day target delivery.

In some cases your invoice may be despatched separately.
Accounts being set up with SUNSETT BALLOONS will be depending on references and an agreement being made between yourselves 'the customer' and ourselves 'SUNSETT BALLOONS'

Due to influences beyond our control, there may be occasions when your parcel may not meet this target, so please try and allow for this when ordering. Please ensure that when receiving your goods you read the information provided before use.
 

Payments General - ( SECTION 3C )
Payments general refers to any service that has been booked or requested, when a member of staff attends a event or party, and a deposit and balance have been agreed between you the customer and SUNSETT BALLOONS. All Deposit requests are non refundable, and we do not hold any responsibility for repayment in anyway unless the fault has been caused by our company and not that of the customer.

Confirmation Agreement - (SECTION 3D )

All Payments / Agreements between the customer and SUNSETT BALLOONS will be subject to a confirmation form being completed and sent back to us. This may be done through the post, or online. We have the right to cancel this procedure if we feel that the customer has not either sent the confirmation back as agreed, or paid any amount to commit to the date stated. A minimum of three weeks prior. Unless stated differently before proceeding with the original order.


 

SAFETY WITH BALLOONS - ( SECTION 3E )

Our main objective is to inform our customers about the balloons and other items purchased and the safety that is required when using them.

Adult Supervision is required as children under the age of 8 years can choke or suffocate on un-inflated or broken balloons.

Keep un-inflated balloons away from children. Discard broken balloons at once. Balloons should always be inflated using a balloon pump for your protection. Always protect the eyes from possible damage.

Natural Latex Products.

We have the right to change our terms and conditions at any time.
